Welcome to Memiq ("the App"), operated by Lumevo Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting to use the App, you fully accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not download or use the App.
Lumevo Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) that you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial use. You may not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit the App; decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code; modify, adapt or create derivative works; remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks; use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You can create an account by providing a valid email address, username and password, or by authenticating via Apple ID or Google. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support immediately.
You agree not to use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes; harass, molest, threaten or abuse other users; impersonate others; send spam or offensive content; manipulate scores or cheat; violate privacy; upload malware; or interfere with the App's operation. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion without warning.
Memiq may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment is handled by Apple through the App Store; Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions.
You agree to pay all charges for purchases you make. Charges will be billed to the Apple ID account used for the purchase. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
If you subscribe to a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through iOS settings.
Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. For refund requests, contact Apple Support.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumevo Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
The App, including all content, graphics, design and code, is intellectual property of Lumevo Lab and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any intellectual property by downloading or using the App, only the right of use granted by this license.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, use the App for illegal purposes, threaten or harass other users, or manipulate scores. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you continue to use the App after changes, you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy, and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
